Air India Offers Cheap Air Travel Fares This Holiday Season
Air India (AI) is offering cheap air travel during the holiday season through 'date range' fares. This initiative will increase air travel on AI flights and gradually improve the seat factor in the coming months, says an AI spokesperson.
Cheap air travel fares are available on 141 domestic routes, nearly 50% of AI's domestic network. Passengers can benefit from cheap air travel by selecting either of the two schemes, Date Range 3 (D3) or Date Range 5 (D5). The former requires passengers to book tickets three days, while the later requires them to book tickets five days in advance. Passengers from metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore and Chennai are to benefit the most from the cheap air travel fares.
